How to start using the My Membership app

STEP 1

Download

Search HCF in the App Store or Google Play and download the My Membership app. You'll need at least iOS 13 or Android 8.

STEP 2

Register

Select ‘Register’ on the log in page. Enter your membership number, first and last name and date of birth.

Verify

Check the inbox to the email address linked to your policy and click the verification link. Policyholders will also receive a confirmation email when a partner on their policy registers.

Important information

* Only policyholders can set up direct debits within the My Membership app and online member services. To set this up, get in touch with your policyholder.

^ Android and Apple users with a supported device can scan the QR code on their digital card at providers with HICAPS Trinity payment terminals. Android users can also use tap-and-go (NFC) at providers with HICAPS VX, HICAPS Trinity or CommBank Smart Health payment terminals. Supported Apple devices run at least iOS 13. Supported Android devices run at least Android 8.

# Must have at least 20 HCF dollars in cleared funds. Only members who pay their premiums by credit card or direct debit can use their HCF dollars to reduce premiums.
